Athletic Physicals for the 2018-19 School Year

On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Hamilton's gym will be open for physicals. The appointments will be quick, as multiple doctors will be available. COST IS $20. Remember, all middle and high school students who plan on playing sports, including cheer, MUST have verification of a Physical Exam on file for each school year.
